"Three days before my five week vacation my "85 Toyota Rv engine went kaput. "I have been with State Farm for over 20 years and am still pleased with their coverage/policies. I received a personal call to review my policies and was informed directly of rate increases happening with my upcoming renewal. Market economics aside, I have no intention to change insurance carriers. The State Farm app is significantly improved now and there is much more that I can do at my fingertips. Just a few taps to see my policy details. Great all around!"
